TRIBECA TOWERS

Tribeca Towers, 105 Duane Street is a luxury rental building located in the heart of Tribeca, a historic neighborhood in Manhattan known for its original cobblestone streets and renovated industrial buildings that now house some of the best food and beverage outlets, nightlife, coffee experiences, and galleries in the city.

Our comprehensive renovation of the lobby, reception area, residence library lounge, elevator bank, mail room, corridors, and private party room was a true labor of love in collaboration with the Related team. With a keen understanding of the neighborhood's long history and industrial roots, we designed custom metal screens to create designated areas for various resident spaces. These screens allow natural light to flood the interiors while preserving the stunning outdoor views.

Every piece of custom furniture was meticulously crafted to fit the scale of each space, ensuring a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.
