POWER DIGITAL MARKETING

Located at the crossroads of Soho and the Little Italy neighborhoods of Manhattan, NY, 407 Broome Street was built in 1900 and boasts 7 stories within the Historical Landmark District. Many of these buildings served a mix of residential and factory purposes in the late 1800s and early 1900s. During our research, we uncovered old records indicating that the space may have been used as a Turtle Shell Factory and original- ly owned by Mr. Turtle. While the full extent of Mr. Turtle’s business ventures remain unclear, it’s always fascinating to delve into the history of a building and consider its transformation over time.

Our client, Power Digital Marketing, specializes in digital marketing for numerous notable clients such as Mutha, Casper, Aesop, Cora, and Daily Harvest, among others.

Understanding the dynamic needs of the team, we provided multiple space planning solutions to seamlessly transition from day to night usage.

To enhance privacy during Zoom meetings and small team gatherings, we customized existing small rooms into phone booths. These booths were outfitted with Filzfelt and custom velvet drapery, along with carpet tiles, ensuring optimal audio and visual privacy.

In the open workspace, we introduced snake plants to bring a touch of nature indoors, creating a harmonious balance with the materials used throughout the space.

The centerpiece of the large conference room is the Masof-Italian-made table, serving not only as a meeting space but also accommodating the PR team’s assembly of press kits and influencer gift bags. To maintain consistency, we incorporated architectural felt from the phone booths into the conference room, complement- ed by Knoll Felt Baskets for easy access to giveaway items.

Today, the building operates primarily as modern-day business space rather than a factory, housing multiple businesses. Our client has taken over a space that exudes the look and feel of a Soho Loft, featuring old pine wood flooring, high open industrial ceilings, and plenty of exposed piping.
