DESIGN Build
A design-build firm includes an architect in-house, but your renovation also gets the added benefit of experts in design and construction under one roof.
A full-service design firm also contains a dedicated procurement team and an expeditor navigating the tricky NYC formalities.
what we do?
interior design: We use our knowledge of human nature and psychology to create a space that promotes well-being. We bring cutting-edge interiors to life . We examine the boundaries between art and design through architecture, furniture, objects, art installations and cohesive brand development. Our designs are functional and creative, fused with innovation and handcrafted modern luxury interiors with mixtures of hand selected furniture and custom FF&E.
architecture: We listen to your needs and offer professional guidance to create distinctive high-end projects and spatial experiences that are unique and reflect you and/or your brand, which sets you apart from just the physical experience. We look at technology along with branding that incorporates sonic identity to enhance your brand footprint, coupled with brand strategy and positioning of your brand in the market you are targeting.
design supervision: We supervise the construction process to maintain quality and ensure proper execution of design and provide specialized solutions for innovative mixed use, hospitality, food and beverage spaces, corporate projects, luxury homes, and bespoke hotels.
styling / os&e: We like to be involved to the very last detail. So we offer styling and art selection, from design direction for OS&E for hotel rooms to tabletop design and uniforms, to ensure all the details fit your new interiors and branding.
other services: Do you have one area of your residence or hotel that needs a renovation? We offer both in-person and remote consulting design services and can provide space planning, furniture selection, and/or styling. Procurement: for Bespoke projects, we offer organizing quotes from suppliers and millworkers and organizing deliverables.
visual branding, brand strategy, and creative direction: Brand discovery: we will work to identify the right font style, colors, and overall design to attract your target audience. The visual brand doesn’t only include the logo but also the graphic elements that surround it. The branding package truly helps you grow into your brand by providing more custom visual elements to use in your website design or on social media. We will provide a complete branding guideline that will be created, including color and typology, for your team and outside consultants to follow.
